Most recently, Dawn was a Co-Creator and Head of Global Sales, E-Commerce, and Business Development at Noble Panacea where she led the development and launch of the brand as well as its expansion into fifteen countries and six distribution channels. Prior to her tenure at Noble Panacea, Dawn held key leadership roles at Revive Skincare, Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories, La Prairie Cosmetics., Shiseido, and Estee Lauder Inc. She has also served on the boards of Joey Professional Skincare, Anthony Spa & Resorts, AndiGrace.com, and non-profit Thoughtful Threads of The Heart. Dawn has been recognized for outstanding leadership and business development, including receiving Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Game Changer of the Year, and Most Innovative.
