SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Syncro, a leading B2B SaaS company serving the managed service provider (MSP) software market, today announced the appointment of Dee Zepf as chief product officer.
In this new position, Zepf will spearhead Syncro's product strategy and development initiatives. With over 20 years as a technology executive, Zepf has extensive experience in product management, specifically within the MSP market. During her tenure at Continuum, where she served as VP of product and partner success, Zepf introduced an unprecedented number of innovative solutions that significantly enhanced product performance and expanded revenue opportunities for its partners. Notably, she launched the industry's first security offering of its kind, establishing Continuum as a category leader. In addition, Zepf built and led initiatives with partner success organizations that drove improved partner engagement, partner revenue growth and a substantial improvement in Net Promoter Scores within a year.
Prior to joining Syncro, Zepf served as VP of product at Sense, where she was instrumental in delivering key product improvements using AI and machine learning to enhance the user experience. Before that, she was senior vice president of product at Hydrow, overseeing the software product strategy and user experience. Earlier in her career, Zepf served as senior director of product management at Care.com, IBM, and Bowstreet where she led product management for high growth product lines.
Michael George, recently announced as Syncro's CEO, commented on Zepf's appointment, "Recognized for her exceptional leadership and drive for innovation in the MSP market, Dee is well suited to lead Syncro's product strategy with a focus on partner-centric solutions. At Continuum, I witnessed firsthand her dedication to partner success and her ability to deliver impactful solutions. Dee was the visionary behind Continuum's Intellimon product, which leveraged AI to enhance technician efficiency and automate issue resolution. Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and empower MSPs with cutting-edge technology."
Peter Melby, CEO of New Charter Technologies, also shared his insights, "Dee Zepf led Continuum's product team and helped us deliver innovative solutions that powered the growth of my business at Greystone Technology. She is a true customer champion who knows the industry and how to deliver solutions that make a difference for MSP operators."
Zepf will lead the company’s product initiatives to deliver more automation, an exceptional user experience, and a platform that enables MSPs to grow their business profitably with less time and effort. One of Zepf’s first initiatives at Syncro will be to form a partner advisory council to gain a deeper understanding of partners’ needs.
“I'm excited to join Syncro at this next stage in development,” said Zepf. “We have a unique opportunity to disrupt the MSP space with new product initiatives, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to deliver automation and an exceptional user experience for MSPs."
