PHILADELPHIA, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizens Holding Company (the “Company”) (OTCQX:CIZN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2024.
