LSI Announces the Retirement of President & Chief Executive Officer, Sean M. Slatter, March 4, 2024

LAYTON, Utah--()--LSI has announced that Sarah Bertagnolli has been promoted to President and CEO effective March 4, 2024. Sean Slatter, who has served as LSI’s CEO since 1992, will continue to serve as LSI’s Board Chair.

LSI was founded in 1972 by Sean’s grandfather Jerry Slatter and four other partners. Jerry served as CEO for 20 years from 1972 to 1992. Sean acquired the company from the original five principals in 1992. He has since served as President and CEO for the past 32 years. Since its founding in 1972, LSI has been a trusted resource to Fortune 500 companies, federal, state, and municipal entities. LSI provides a solution development framework that has become the hallmark in the industry.

With Mr. Slatter’s transition and subsequent departure in March, Ms. Bertagnolli will be promoted to LSI’s President & CEO. Her strategic vision has given LSI continued viability and a long-term path to success and has cemented the company as a preferred destination for new professionals for years to come.
