Easterly Government Properties Announces Quarterly Dividend

WASHINGTON--()--Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DEA), a fully integrated real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of Class A commercial properties leased to U.S. Government agencies, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.265 per common share. The dividend will be payable on March 18, 2024 to shareholders of record on March 6, 2024.

*Anticipated annual dividend yield on investment is based on DEA’s closing stock price on the NYSE on February 20, 2024, and an annualized quarterly cash dividend of $0.265 per common share.
