CHANDLER, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading provider of HR/HCM technology, managed services, and global business process outsourcing, announced the appointment of Kara Childress as president of VensureHR, the company’s direct business unit. She will continue serving as CFO for Vensure Employer Solutions.
Childress first joined Vensure in 2016 as chief operating officer (COO), before moving to accounting in 2019 to lead the company as chief financial officer (CFO). Throughout her tenure, she has served as a Board Member and advisor to the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Vensure, Childress served as a CPA at Meredith CPAs in Dallas for over 25 years, focusing on finance and operations consulting for staffing, employee leasing and insurance organizations. From 2008 through 2013, she was the outsourced/acting COO for Dallas-based Property and Casualty Insurance Company.
