BOSTON--()--Today, FORM, the virtual obesity medicine clinic, announced the hiring of Danielle Snow as Chief Operating Officer and Matteo Zanella as Vice President of Product.

“FORM has experienced tremendous growth in the past year - expanding our commercial offerings, more than doubling the size of our team, and greatly increasing our patient population - and it is essential that we have thoughtful, strategic leaders in place to continue setting a high standard in obesity medicine,” said Evan Richardson, founder and CEO of FORM. “The addition of Danielle Snow and Matteo Zanella reflects our commitment to delivering the highest quality clinical obesity care to as many people as possible. I look forward to working with these extraordinary leaders.”

Danielle Snow has 25 years of experience advising high-growth startups through IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. She most recently spent a decade at Included Health (formerly Grand Rounds), where she served in several leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff. At Included Health, she was responsible for ensuring the clinical and operating teams delivered quality patient care and she grew the team from zero to over 1000 employees working at multiple sites and remote. Danielle began her career at TiVo and later held positions at VUDU and Reputiation.com. She’s also advised numerous other businesses throughout her career.

Matteo Zanella joins FORM with over 20 years of experience managing product, design, engineering, product marketing, and strategy for companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 50 brands to international nonprofits. Matteo most recently served as VP of Product Management, Design, & Engineering at Sana which helps small businesses provide high-quality health plans. He previously was Senior Director of Product, Virtual Care & Navigation at Rally Health, and Director of Product, Member Experience & Platform at Collective Health. He also held various roles at Facebook, The Boston Consulting Group, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

FORM recently announced the launch of FORMFitTM, a program helping employers expand access to high-quality, clinical obesity care while managing costs. Employers looking to control cost can leverage FORMfit to manage GLP-1s while also providing a high-impact obesity solution that utilizes lower-cost medications or no medication as appropriate. Employers ready to invest in GLP-1s can offer employees comprehensive wrap-around clinical care from FORM that maximizes weight loss results and their ROI. FORMfit allows employers to ensure that all employees with obesity have access to best-in-class, specialized clinical care rather than cutting off access due to budgetary constraints.

Last month, FORM announced it had expanded its commercial leadership team.
