Synchron Acquires Equity Stake in ACQUANDAS

NEW YORK--()--Synchron, the brain-computer interface (BCI) company developing endovascular technology to restore functionality in patients with motor impairment, today announced the acquisition of an equity stake in ACQUANDAS, a leading technology provider specializing in state-of-the-art high-precision components for the healthcare industry and other industries.

As part of the transaction, Tom Oxley, Synchron’s CEO & Founder, will join the ACQUANDAS Governance Council and Riki Banerjee, Synchron’s CTO, will join as Observer.
