With over 35 years of leadership experience at companies like Golden Rule, UnitedHealthcare, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, he has excelled in roles focused on the member journey, emphasizing budget management, continuous improvement, and talent development.
- Thomas Lundquist, MD, MMM, FAAP, FACPE and President at Vital Insights LLC. Lundquist specializes in providing transformative insights for healthcare start-ups, integrated health systems, and health plans, focusing on the quintuple aim and value-based contracts. With over 25 years of progressive leadership in various healthcare sectors, including clinical care with a passion for health equity, venture capital-backed start-ups, large hospital networks, managed care organizations, governmental agencies, and health plans like Highmark Health, Lundquist brings expertise in areas such as analytics, health informatics, care management, and value-based care.
- Jonathan Gavras, MD, FFCP and Principle at JBGAVRAS CONSULTANTS, LLC. Gavras currently leads JBGAVRAS CONSULTANTS, LLC. With a background including a successful clinical career in pulmonary and critical care medicine and senior roles at Florida Blue, UnitedHealth Group, and Prudential Healthcare, he now focuses on innovative changes in healthcare delivery, currently serving on the boards of Healthmap Solutions and Shearwater Health, as well as being an operating partner at WindRose Health Investors.
