Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP Acquires Paragon Bay Group Inc.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP, Canada's largest electronics lifecycle management company, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Paragon Bay Group Inc. based in North Bay, Ontario. Paragon Bay brings operational expertise in product fulfillment, testing, in-warranty repair, asset recovery, and forward and reverse logistics services, for electronics OEMs in Canada. This marks Quantum’s fourth acquisition since its formation in 2019.

Sixty Paragon Bay employees will join the Quantum family, signalling a major growth in the workforce for the electronics reuse and recycling industry leader, now with over 600 employees.

With this strategic acquisition, Quantum enhances its service capabilities of in-warranty repair, 3PL logistics and IT device maintenance, further extending the lifespan of electronics before disposition.
