Each board member brings with them the expertise to provide guidance on the strategic direction of the organization and oversee the management team. Five directors join Steve Nelson and Henry Howe, who were recently appointed Chair of the Board of Directors, and Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Envision and Board Director, respectively, to complete the seven-member team.

Steve Nelson, Director and Board Chair
Nelson currently serves as the President of ChenMed, one of the nation's leading primary healthcare providers focused on serving seniors. Prior leadership roles include Co-Chairman and CEO of Duly Health and Care and CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
Fredrik Eliasson, Director and Compensation Committee Chair
Eliasson is the former Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Change Healthcare, a healthcare IT organization that processed $2 trillion in claims annually. Prior to Change Healthcare, Eliasson spent 22 years at CSX Corporation, driving organizational change and strategic transformation. He currently serves on the board of ArcBest, the Gates Corporation and Copeland.
Mark Stolper, Director and Audit Committee Chair
Stolper is EVP and CFO of RadNet, Inc., a role he has served in since 2004, responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial functions and discipline. Before joining RadNet, Stolper had diverse experiences in investment banking, venture capital investing and operations. He has extensive experience as a board member, including post-bankruptcy experience.
Loretta Cecil, Director
Cecil is the former EVP and General Counsel of Change Healthcare where she led strategic initiatives, supported the board and played a crucial role in the company’s merger with UnitedHealth Group, overcoming legal challenges from the Department of Justice. Prior to her role at Change Healthcare, Cecil spent 11 years in senior roles at McKesson Corporation and 18 years in senior roles at AT&T. She has consistently demonstrated excellence in compliance, ethics, innovation and supporting complex technology initiatives.
Harold Paz, MD, MS, Director
Dr. Paz is a professor of medicine at Stony Brook University where he is also the former CEO of Stony Brook University Medicine and EVP for Health Sciences. Dr. Paz’s extensive experience leading health systems includes the role of CEO at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and Penn State Health. Prior to joining Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, Dr. Paz led clinical strategy and policy as EVP and Chief Medical Officer for Aetna and played a crucial role in its merger with CVS Health. He currently serves as an advisory board member to Curai Health and previously served as a director to three national healthcare companies and seven health systems.
Debbie Osteen, Director
Osteen is a member of the board of directors and the former CEO of Acadia Healthcare, a network of behavioral health facilities across the U.S. Osteen’s leadership while at Acadia Healthcare focused on organic growth, talent strategy and clinical and financial improvement efforts. Before joining Acadia Healthcare, Osteen spent 34 years at UHS, serving in the roles of President and EVP of its behavioral division for 20 of those years, and negotiating more than 50 mergers and acquisitions.
Henry Howe, Director and Interim CEO
Howe is Interim CEO and CFO of Envision Healthcare. He previously served as Interim CFO after joining Envision as EVP of Enterprise Strategy in 2020. Howe has held various leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates, including serving as the Head of Planning. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Howe spent six years at Bain & Company, and before that, he started his career at Bank One.
