In Partnership With Santa, TABASCO® Brand Launches “12 Days of Sriracha” Sweepstakes to Fulfill Holiday Wish Lists

AVERY ISLAND, La.--()--Today, the legendary hot sauce makers at TABASCO® Brand announce the “12 Days of Sriracha” sweepstakes, through which twelve lucky winners will receive a one-year supply of TABASCO® Brand Sriracha.

Coming off this year’s headline-driving “sriracha shortage,” the rich and garlicky sauce is likely to top holiday wish-lists. The high demand could create a nightmare scenario for Santa and his elves as they attempt to find and deliver all those bottles in just one night. That’s why TABASCO® Brand is stepping in to lighten Santa’s load and help deliver this popular style of sauce to fans across the country.

“We spoke to Santa a few weeks back and realized he’s got a serious situation on his hands,” says Kate Neuhaus, Director of Global Marketing at McIlhenny Company, producer of TABASCO® Brand products. “As the pepper experts for over 156 years, we felt we had to help the big guy out to avoid disappointment this holiday season. We reminded him that TABASCO® Brand has an amazing sriracha that fans can count on, and plenty of it.”

The sweepstakes will be hosted on the brand’s Instagram channel from December 12th through December 24th. To enter, fans must follow @TABASCO and tag a friend in the comments of the sweepstakes announcement post. Each day from December 12th to December 24th one lucky winner will be selected from the comments at random and announced on the brand’s Instagram page.
