NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that Jennifer Francis, an Executive Vice President, will be retiring from RMR on July 1, 2024 and that she will be resigning as an executive officer of RMR and Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) effective December 31, 2023.
Ms. Francis’ roles and responsibilities at RMR and DHC will be assumed by other RMR personnel. To ensure a smooth transition, Ms. Francis will remain a non-executive employee of RMR until her retirement on July 1, 2024.
