LANSING, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jackson Financial Inc.1 (Jackson®) announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.62 per share of common stock (NYSE: JXN) for the fourth quarter of 2023. The dividend on the common stock will be payable on December 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2023.
The Company also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share (NYSE: JXN PR A), each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of Fixed-Rate Reset Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2023.
