Guidehouse, Leading Global Provider of Consulting Services, to be Acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity

  • Investment by Bain Capital will support the Company’s strategic growth plans as it continues to capture global market share

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guidehouse, (“Guidehouse”, or the “Company”), a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial markets, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Bain Capital Private Equity (“Bain Capital”) for $5.3 billion. Guidehouse will continue to operate under its current management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Scott McIntyre. Guidehouse has been owned by Veritas Capital (“Veritas”) since 2018.
