RH Peterson Co. once again raises the bar on the performance of luxury grills by integrating a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled touchscreen display with digital thermometer into its Echelon line from Fire Magic. By adding state-of-the-art, digital components, the new Echelon grills deliver consistently superior cooking results more conveniently with the ability to remotely operate the grill from a smartphone.
The addition of a high-performance digital thermometer and touchscreen complements other high-end features found in the Echelon Collection:
