LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miller Barondess, LLP adds top patent and trade secret litigator Ben Herbert to its partnership, continuing the expansion of the firm's Intellectual Property practice.
Herbert, an experienced trial lawyer, focuses his practice on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation litigation. Adding his patent expertise to the IP team further enhances the firm's already robust IP practice and solidifies its position as a powerhouse in IP litigation.
