PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSI, a nationwide provider of end-to-end fintech and regtech solutions, will host its third-annual TechX Virtual Product Showcase from 1 to 4 p.m. CT on Nov. 1, 2023. Held virtually, TechX is a complimentary event for CSI customers, offering attendees a comprehensive look at the company’s product roadmap and vision for the future of fintech, regtech, cybersecurity and beyond.
“At CX23 in June, we met with hundreds of customers and partners to discuss CSI’s latest innovations, our strategic roadmap and our views on today’s community banking ecosystem. I’m eager to continue and deepen that conversation at TechX with an even greater focus on the latest innovations we’ll be taking to market,” said David Culbertson, CEO and president of CSI. “TechX is specifically designed to empower our customers with technical best practices in the areas that matter most to them. As the comprehensive financial services provider for our community bank partners, we remain on the leading edge and are committed to serving as their advocate and trusted technology arm.”
The 2023 TechX agenda features numerous CSI experts across the company’s core, fraud, open banking and payments teams. Allison Maddock, chief product officer of CSI, will open the conference and lead a session discussing updates on the company’s digital banking offerings. Other sessions include insight into recent cyber events; developments within the payments roadmap; a deeper look at CSI’s Open Banking Marketplace; crucial NuPoint® core banking updates; best practices for fighting financial crime; and a Meridian core roadmap review.
Also joining the 2023 event are Erika Baumann, director of the Commercial Banking & Payments practice at Datos Insights, and Sam Kilmer, managing director at Cornerstone Advisors, contributor to GonzoBanker and host of the Fintech Hustle podcast. Baumann and Kilmer will present on 2024 commercial and retail banking trends and how to get high-value growth in today's hyper-competitive market.
“While splashy topics like generative AI have gotten a lot of attention, many of today’s hottest trends center on the customer experience,” Baumann said. “Being aware of these top technology and consumer insights helps financial institutions make strategic decisions about best serving their business and consumer clients.”
“With a dramatic rate ramp up and continued megabank and fintech competition, the next year will be challenging for most banks,” Kilmer said. “But, there are some proven approaches and lessons learned that Smarter Banks can put to use from the high-value-growth playbook.”
Recordings of TechX sessions will be available for 90 days for CSI customers unable to attend the virtual event. CSI’s annual in-person customer conference is slated for April 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. For more information on CSI, visit csiweb.com.
