Restore Hyper Wellness Announces New Additions to Leadership Team

New Chief Operations Officer, VP of Marketing, and VP of Franchise Performance Join Restore

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Restore Hyper Wellness, the nation’s largest provider of science-backed, personalized therapies with 225+ locations, today announced a significant expansion of the company’s Leadership Team.

Restore’s CEO, Steve Welch, is excited to share the new executives who have been added to Restore to help lead strategic planning and implementation of the company’s Operations, Marketing and Franchise Performance initiatives:

Benton Smith has joined Restore as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Smith is the former CEO of CardMyYard and previously served as the VP of Operations for Anytime Fitness, The Cookie Place, and Cinnabon, with additional franchise leadership for Jamba Juice and Caribou Coffee.

Howard Schaffer has accepted the position of Vice President of Marketing. Formerly the Chief Marketing Officer of Camp Gladiator, Mr. Schaffer brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience and has served in leadership positions at several startups throughout his 20+ year career.

John Paul (JP) Vaith has been named Restore’s Vice President of Franchise Performance. Before joining Restore, Mr. Vaith served as the Director of Franchise Support for Anytime Fitness. Mr. Vaith is a Certified Franchise Executive, the gold standard in franchise development.
