Aurora Payments Acquires VN Systems

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aurora Payments, LLC announces the acquisition of VN Systems, a Georgia-based Merchant Services Provider specializing in providing merchant services and software for Vietnamese-owned salons. Founded by Garry O’Neil, VNS has a portfolio highly centralized with 80% of its clients being Vietnamese owned nail salons. With the acquisition by Aurora, VNS will be able to expand their distribution by leveraging Aurora’s full-service payment ecosystem and proprietary technology.
