APPLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tri City Glass & Door, Northeast Wisconsin’s leading residential, commercial and auto glass repair and installation company, today announced Ryan Hartman will step into the role of president effective October 2, 2023.
“Since joining the company as Director of Finance, Ryan has made significant process improvements that have spurred transparent communication, sales, and earnings growth,” said Board of Directors Chairman Tom Danz. “He is absolutely committed to customer service and leading Tri City Glass & Door into its next phase of growth and innovation.”
Hartman succeeds Larry Bender, who has served as the company’s president since 2011. Bender is a member of Tri City Glass & Door’s founding family. With his retirement, the company will transition to 100% employee ownership.
“I am honored to build on the legacy that the Bender family built,” Hartman said. “I am excited to continue living the Tri City Glass & Door values, and leading us to be the choice for glass, entrances and accessories because we’re all about our customers.”
Embracing Employee Ownership: A Bold Step Forward
In 2024, Tri City Glass & Door will also complete its transition to become a 100% employee-owned company. This transition demonstrates the company's dedication to its employees and a shared vision for propelling the business into new markets.
“The Bender family wanted a way to continue the family legacy while sustaining the business and jobs of the employees who we treat like family. We are excited to fully transition ownership over to our employees,” Hartman said.
