DwellWell Introduces AI in Real Estate Scholarship

Students enter by submitting a video about the future of AI in real estate

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DwellWell, the all-in-one home buying hub, announces its first scholarship focused on the future of AI in real estate. Following their announcement earlier this year of the first homebuyer AI, the scholarship points toward the future of home buying as DwellWell sees it. Current college and university students can apply for the $1,000 scholarship by creating a video sharing how they think AI will impact real estate in the future. Details on their website.

“When we talk with first-time homebuyers about their challenges, one thing that comes up often is difficulty saving an initial down payment while paying off student loans. If there’s an opportunity for us to help ease any homebuyer burden, we’re going to do it,” said Matt Canzoneri, CEO of DwellWell. “Getting students excited about the future of real estate and the role technology will play is also immensely rewarding.”

Technology plays a role in most residential real estate transactions and promises to play a bigger role in the future. One hint toward this impact is DwellWell’s conversational AI for homebuyers, Dwelly, which answers homebuyer questions and connects them to needed resources 24/7. Dwelly’s purpose is to be a single resource for every homebuyer question and need throughout the process, pointing to deeper education, helpful tools, and connections to experts.

“Our whole team is excited to hear how the next generation imagines leveraging AI for home buying. Dwelly is just phase one,” said Canzoneri.

Any current college or university student in the US with a valid .edu email address can apply for the DwellWell scholarship. They are not required to be studying a real estate or technology discipline. Applications are currently open and close on Oct 31, 2023. Scholarship recipients will be announced by Nov 15, 2023.

Application instructions can be found here.
