HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innovex Downhole Solutions, Inc. (“Innovex”) - a leading provider of downhole solutions for the oil and gas industry - announced today that it has appointed Bonnie Black to its Board of Directors.
Black is a successful executive with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations Support for Pioneer Natural Resources, where she is responsible for managing the company’s technology solutions, supply chain, and health/safety & environmental teams. Black has a proven track record of success in strategic planning, execution, and capital allocation.
