ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities, and private sector companies worldwide, announced today that Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Dawn-Marie Gray has been awarded the HRO Today DE&I Champion of the Year Award, and programs she established at Cadmus were chosen as finalists for the HRO Today DE&I Program of the Year award.
Gray was recognized for the award during the 2023 HRO Today Inclusion Summit and Award Show on September 6-7 in Alexandria, Va. The event focused on sharing success factors common across the DE&I initiatives that yielded the most significant, scalable, quantifiable, and sustained impact and celebrated inspiring DE&I programs and practitioners that have made meaningful contributions to their organizations and the overall practice of DE&I. Gray was also a panelist on “Allyship in Talent Acquisition: Turning Intent into Impact” during the summit.
“Dawn-Marie works tirelessly to enhance Cadmus’ existing operations and develop new offerings to ensure that we are advancing diversity and fostering a culture of equity in the workplace and across society,” said President and CEO Ian Kline. “Her purposeful and creative approach inspires everyone at Cadmus to make DEIA a priority.”
