(“BJI”) today announced that Ben Collins has been named Division President of its namesake brand, Brown Jordan, the industry leader in luxury outdoor furniture. In his new role, Collins will have full oversight of the Brown Jordan brand with particular focus on strategic operations, planning, sales and profitability, marketing, retail operations, and product design. His start date is September 18, 2023.

Collins has a proven track record in merchandising and retail, as well as an acute understanding of the customer experience in home furnishings, having led multiple critical functions within one of the leading retailers in the industry.

Prior to Brown Jordan, Collins held a series of executive leadership positions at modern American home retailer Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams (MG+BW), most recently as Chief Customer Experience Officer. In this capacity, Collins was responsible for the entire customer experience—from first contact with the brand to complete customer satisfaction with delivered goods. In his former role at MG+BW as SVP of Retail & Merchandising, Collins was responsible for establishing and achieving the brand’s strategic sales plan, cultivating and directing a sales team for 29 U.S. Retail locations and reducing obsolete inventory.
Collins’ appointment rounds out the leadership team of the Brown Jordan Inc. family of brands. The recently announced brand leadership team is as follows:
