Joining the executive team, Daniel Hayward will serve as chief customer officer, Arnauld Mitre will serve as chief content officer, Shannon Tatz will serve as chief financial officer and Tony Ward will serve as chief revenue officer to support the company’s rocketship growth.

- Chief Customer Officer Daniel Hayward will be responsible for building, leading and scaling Go1’s high-performing customer organization and ensuring the voice of the customer is infused in all aspects of the business, based in California. As a senior-level customer success executive for high-growth companies like LinkedIn and Degreed, he has successfully scaled customer success and services operations, building strong client relationships and nurturing business partnerships. Known for his ability to reduce churn, drive adoption and foster customer growth, he consistently achieves best-in-class renewal rates and high NPS.
- Newly appointed Chief Content Officer Arnauld Mitre will set and lead Go1’s global content strategy. Paris-based Mitre was the co-founder and CEO of learning content platform Coorpacademy, which Go1 acquired in April 2022. He specializes in content innovation and advancing the best learning opportunities through long-lasting partnerships.
- Chief Financial Officer Shannon Tatz will scale Go1’s finance organization through its next stage of growth, based in Nevada. Tatz has led finance teams responsible for strategy, investor relations, financial planning and corporate development. Tatz has led teams at Klaviyo, Auth0 and PROS Holdings.
- Chief Revenue Officer Tony Ward will drive the global sales and partner teams' performance, strategy and alignment, based in Boulder, Colo. A technology executive with over 25 years of experience, he has served in various leadership roles in mid- to large-size organizations across sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, business operations and strategy. Prior to Go1, Ward was at Xero, Dropbox, Survey Monkey, LinkedIn and Microsoft.
