DexCare Appoints Robin Borg as Chief People Officer to Cultivate World-Class Talent to Fuel Growth

As CPO, Borg strengthens DexCare’s recruiting and talent development process, and will further unify teams across locations. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Borg plays an essential role to ensure DexCare attracts and retains top-notch talent to support the company’s continued growth.

Borg joins DexCare’s executive leadership team following a momentous year for the company, including the acquisition of Womp, Inc., a leading e-commerce and merchandising platform.

Borg has had a distinguished career that spans healthcare and software-as-a-service, and she has held executive-level positions at Optum, Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, Galileo, PerfectServe, Cantel Medical, Be The Match, and Surest. She has a particular passion for working with early-stage, high-growth companies. In her most recent position, she delved into the venture capital space as a company talent partner for Transformation Capital, a digital health growth equity firm, dedicated to supporting commercial-stage companies focused on improving people’s health and the sustainability of the healthcare system.

Robin has a master's in organizational leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
