Chartwell Residential Completes First Phase of Chartwell Commons at Beechcroft

Chartwell’s first built-to-rent community kicks off new trend in real estate

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chartwell Residential has completed the first phase of Chartwell Commons at Beechcroft, a 124-rental home development in Spring Hill, Tenn. This is Chartwell’s first built-to-rent community, addressing the growing market of first-time home seekers, empty nesters, and other renters looking for a neighborhood setting that usually can only be achieved through home ownership.

Chartwell Commons at Beechcroft is located just minutes from both downtown Nashville and the beautiful parks and greenways of middle Tennessee, providing the best of city living and the great outdoors. Phase one of the community includes 52 homes and the entire development is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. The community offers 9 floorplans to choose from high-end kitchens and fenced yards are among many of the amenities offered. Chartwell Commons at Beechcroft will also include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, grilling area and playground.
