BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrated Partners, (“Integrated”) a national financial planning and registered investment advisory (RIA) firm that serves over $15 billion in brokerage and advisory assets, today announced it is launching the Integrated Insurance Solutions offering to help its financial advisors meet the complex insurance needs of their high-net-worth (HNW) and Integrated family office division clients. Integrated has hired Peter Kaplan as its senior vice president to lead this endeavor. Additionally, the firm has appointed veteran business development professional Josh Benson as vice president of strategic relationships.
Recognizing the escalating complexity experienced by Integrated's clients, coupled with the recent tax and estate planning regulations, the firm has taken a prudent step by incorporating this program into its extensive range of services. These services include Business Owner Solutions, a dedicated Family Office division, retirement planning, investment management and corporate and group benefits. The Insurance Solutions offering will create tailored life insurance policies for HNW and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This initiative has already achieved notable success by saving one family close to $1 million in premium through the implementation of a new life insurance policy that was placed inside a trust. Additionally, the same family was able to successfully mitigate an additional $4 million in federal estate taxes*.

Before joining Integrated, Kaplan was vice president at First American Insurance Underwriters and director of business development at Coyle Company; he has more than 30 years of insurance experience.
Integrated has achieved momentous growth over the last five years; with plans to continue and accelerate this growth, the need for a vice president of strategic relationships has become apparent. Benson, who previously spent nearly 11 years at Orion Advisor Technology, most recently as vice president of business development, will serve as a liaison between all Integrated’s services. His role will entail supporting advisors in streamlining their offerings, identifying potential gaps in their business models, and executing their growth plans.
The growth momentum at Integrated remains strong, with no signs of slowing down. The firm has already welcomed multiple teams to its roster this year, including two teams based in Michigan. Moreover, marking a significant milestone, Integrated made its first acquisition by adding $2.25 billion Laurel Wealth Advisors at the beginning of the year.
