Prior to joining TDI, Mr. Kemp co-founded Kemp Partners—a strategic consulting firm—in 2002. In 2013, he became an investor in Group 47—a digital data storage company. Earlier in his career, he directed strategic initiatives at Patton Boggs, LLP. He also played eight years as a quarterback in the Canadian Football League. Mr. Kemp earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University and served as Founding Chairman of the Board for the Hope Community Charter School in Washington, DC.
