ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Telemetrix announced today that Nancy Beale, PhD, RN-BC has been promoted to President of the company from her prior role as Chief Nurse Executive/Chief Clinical Informatics Officer. While Dr. Beale will take on the daily operations of Telemetrix, Burley Wright will remain as CEO.

Dr. Beale’s experience spans clinical operations, vendor perspective, consulting, and IT operations. Her work is nationally recognized and award-winning. In 2019 she was recognized as the HIMSS-ANI Nursing Informatics Leader of the Year. While at NYU Langone Health, Dr. Beale led a team of more than 200 people, growing award-winning talent to achieve HIMSS 6, HIMSS 7, HIMSS Davies Award, and several innovation partnerships. In her role as vice president, Dr. Beale provided leadership and guidance of the clinical IT implementation of a new and fully digital hospital in Manhattan. Dr. Beale is a board-certified informaticist and received her PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus on Nursing Technology Acceptance with a minor in Human Factors Engineering and Design Thinking.
