ZNest Makes Nationwide Debut to Transform Senior Living Referrals through Transparency

Online platform launches in beta; helps senior housing operators find free leads, fill vacancies faster

LAS VEGAS--()--As the nation’s aging population continues to expand rapidly, vertical SaaS platform ZNest has launched a beta version of its online service to help senior living operators of all sizes find quality leads while simplifying the housing search for families.

“Our vision is to transform the senior housing industry so there is more efficiency for operators and more transparency for consumers,” says ZNest Founder and CEO Bennett Kim, who has two decades of senior housing experience and a longtime personal mission to modernize the senior housing industry. “By creating transparency, we can reduce business referral fees for the entire senior housing industry. If we can reduce referral fees, operators can focus on providing better service.”

ZNest houses a national database of independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities. Consumers can search for long-term care options that meet their needs. Seemingly competitive solutions charge senior living operators a fee to access these consumer leads, yet ZNest’s model is designed so the leads are always free ― a move that increases transparency among all parties, levels the playing field among operators and supports consumer choice.

“ZNest is the first and only platform to serve and treat small, medium and large senior housing operators equally,” said Kim. “Because we don’t make money off referral fees like other websites, we can expand lead-generation services to everyone — from the smallest five-bedroom care homes to the largest multi-use communities.”

To get started, senior living operators can claim their profiles for free to manage listings, upload photos and virtual tours, and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features.

Premium services ― including digital document management and storage, payment processing and e-signature tools ― are available for a nominal fee per unit. The ZNest Premium Plan is designed to further support smaller operators that don’t have the budget or resources to digitize and modernize their processes. Additionally, ZNest streamlines digital compliance for Premium users, working directly with government agencies to ensure all resident agreements are in line with state-specific guidelines.

“On ZNest, small operators get better exposure, large operators save money, and everyone involved can increase internal operational efficiencies while staying compliant,” said Kim. “Our concept is built on compassion, integrity and a mission to improve the quality of life for the aging population.”

Underscoring the need for more senior living options, Statista estimates more than a fifth of the country’s population will be 65 years and older by 2050, compared to 17% in 2020.

“ZNest is a tribute to my parents,” said Kim. “They’ve inspired me to focus on the well-being of the aging population. We need to do better for the aging adults in our society, and that’s why the concept of ZNest exists today.”
