GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--River Grand Residences, Garfield County’s newest multi-residence construction project in 10 years, has been unanimously approved by the town planners and town council to begin construction this summer.
River Grand Residences feature 3-bedroom/3.5-bath floorplan options ranging from 1,956 to 2,627 square feet. Residences include rooftop decks, views of Mount Sopris, elevator options, and private garages. Pre-construction pricing starts at $1.5 million up to $2.5 million.
Located on the Roaring Fork River’s gold medal waters in Glenwood Springs and adjacent to the Rio Grande Trail bike path, this 17-unit multi-residence project is spearheaded by Brian Wilson of North Mountain Partners and Peter Wells, both local Colorado residents who bring a tenured history of responsible new home and condominium developments in mountain resort communities as well as globally for more than two decades. They are joined by Eagle, Colo.-based Move Matter Architects who is overseeing the interior and exterior designs. Collectively, the team offers award-winning expertise to design and develop this 17-unit residential project in one of the fastest-growing counties in the country (#13 in Colorado).
“We are honored that the Glenwood Springs Town Planners and Council unanimously approved the River Grand Residences project,” said Wilson. “Peter and I follow the path of development done right. This includes working with our architectural team, Move Matter Architects, and involving the Roaring Fork Conservancy in the design process to ensure we were mitigating any potential river shore impacts,” Wilson added.
“River Grand Residences represent a remarkable new offering for Glenwood professionals and those wanting a ‘lock and leave’ lifestyle,” said Slifer Smith & Frampton and River Grand Residences lead broker Corey Crocker.
“The project presents an option for the Colorado lifestyle at a price-point well below comparable offerings in mid-valley. I think the response in this market given the current inventory, will be robust,” Crocker added.
