Spearmint Energy Bolsters Development Team with Two Senior Hires

Gina Wolf Named Senior Vice President of Strategy and Project Development; Jake Dahm Joins as Senior Director of Development

MIAMI--()--Spearmint Energy (“Spearmint” or the “Company”), a next-generation renewable energy company enabling the clean energy revolution through battery energy storage, today announced the expansion of its development team with the appointment of two senior hires. Gina Wolf, former Global Portfolio Strategist at Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.), has joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Project Development to lead Spearmint’s development strategy, including project site pipeline identification, early-stage development, and M&A activity across the United States. Jake Dahm, former Senior Director of Development at Avantus (formerly 8minute Solar Energy), has joined the Company as Senior Director of Development responsible for supporting the development and execution of Spearmint’s mid- and late-stage project pipeline. Ms. Wolf will report to Peter Rood, Spearmint’s Chief Development Officer, and Mr. Dahm will report to Jeff Jackson, Spearmint’s Senior Vice President of Project Execution.

Gina Wolf Biography
Ms. Wolf boasts over two decades of national and international experience across renewable energy and infrastructure project development. While at Meta Platforms, Inc., she helped to craft the company’s long-term global data center pipeline development strategy. Previously, Ms. Wolf served as Vice President and Head of Development Regions for Enel Green Power, where she oversaw wind, solar, and co-located battery energy storage development efforts at project sites across the United States and Canada. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wolf served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Tradewind Energy Inc., as a Director of Development for Infigen Energy and Element Power US, LLC, and as a Business Development Manager for Invenergy LLC. She also co-founded Wolf Wind Development LLC, a family-owned wind development company. Ms. Wolf received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.

Jake Dahm Biography
Mr. Dahm brings more than ten years of utility-scale PV development experience to Spearmint, spending the majority of his career at clean energy company Avantus. As Senior Director of Development, he led development strategies across the CAISO and ERCOT power markets, ushering a team to bring projects to FNTP. Previously, he served as a Manager of Development at Avantus, responsible for managing project activities such as project permit and PPA compliance, regulatory filings, and PPA and EPC RFP coordination. Mr. Dahm received a B.A. from Indiana University.
