Accredible Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2023

Digital credential leader joins this year’s list of the 591 best workplaces in America

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--()--Accredible, the world’s leading digital credentialing platform, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list. Featured in the May/June 2023 issue, which hits newsstands on May 16, 2023, and prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.

Accredible is a remote-forward, global technology company that manages, issues, tracks, and verifies more than 65 million digital credentials across the globe. Founded in 2013, the company maintains a culture rooted in ambition, expertise, and humanity, empowering its teams to produce the best results while enjoying rewarding career opportunities and a supportive environment. Accredible offers employees a vast suite of innovative workplace benefits, including an annual learning budget, unlimited bereavement, and flexible sick days for those with critical illnesses, in addition to baseline benefits that include flexible and remote work, generous PTO, top-line tech and fully paid healthcare.

“At Accredible, we know the best innovations come from a team that feels supported, included, and empowered. With humility and curiosity as our guiding values, we are committed to providing a work environment where every employee is respected and valued and successes are celebrated together,” says Danny King, CEO and co-founder of Accredible. “We would not be the industry leader we are today without giving our people the support they need. To be selected to Inc.’s annual list of Best Workplaces is a true testament to the extraordinary culture we’ve built – and will continue to build – as we chart a course for further growth.”

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

“Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Proving to the world that you’re a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement.”
