BIG SPRING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SCS Technologies, LLC (“SCS”), a leading provider of liquid and gas measurement equipment, carbon capture equipment, and vapor recovery equipment for the energy, industrial and environmental sectors, today announced the appointment of Cody W. Johnson to President and CEO.
Mr. Johnson joins SCS with over 20 years of executive leadership experience serving oil & gas and industrial end-markets. Mr. Johnson will assume responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the business and SCS’ co-founders, Mr. Castilaw and Mr. Slaughter, will transition to active board members of SCS focused on advising Mr. Johnson on the long-term strategic vision for the business and its employee base. Mr. Johnson graduated from Stephen F Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
