EL PASO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Road Investments has broken ground on Westpark Buildings 3 and 4 in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. The 425,368 square-foot cross-dock and the 220,895 square foot rear-load facility will be part of Blue Road’s third phase in Westpark Logistics Center, a master-planned Class A industrial park. Consistent with the first two phases, Buildings 3 and 4 will feature state-of-the-art functionality with clear heights of 36’ and 32’ respectively, 185’ truck courts, and ample dock doors (~ 1 door per 5,000 SF). This phase is estimated to be completed in January 2024 and will bring Blue Road’s total square footage in Westpark to over 1.3 MSF.
