New executive hire reinforces Carenet’s dedication to modernizing learning approach

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carenet Health, a leading provider of 24/7 and on-demand patient engagement solutions, announced today that Robin Peloquin has joined its leadership team. In her new role as vice president for training and development, Peloquin will focus on modernizing the company’s new hire program through multiple modalities. This will include utilizing face-to-face engagement-led, virtual, asynchronous learning, as well as simulations, on-the-job training, and just-in-time training.

“I’m elated to join the Carenet team and look forward to elevating the company’s dynamic culture, approach to learning, and dedication to growth and development,” Peloquin said. “Together, with my team at Carenet, we will collaborate to reconstruct and modernize the new hire program to support a range of employee scenarios including work at home, offshore work, onsite care coordinators, and telehealth registered nurses.”
