As Of Counsel, Rosas will serve clients seeking to leverage the H-2B visa program, which allows U.S. employers to bring foreign nationals to fill temporary non-agricultural jobs. Rosas is skilled in helping companies and families find solutions for temporary and permanent residence in the U.S., and her leadership will enable the firm to deepen and further build out its offering for H-2B visas.

Rosas has over 20 years of experience working as an employment-based and family-based immigration attorney. Exclusively practicing immigration law since 2003, Rosas is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Immigration Specialization.
Rosas has worked in private practice for over 19 years where she represented clients in employment-based, family-based, and removal defense cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) immigration court. Throughout her practice, Rosas worked with various companies in H-2B cases for temporary workers.
