Restore Hyper Wellness Appoints Emma Nasif as Chief Compliance Officer

Fastest-growing retail wellness brand expands in-house legal counsel

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Restore Hyper Wellness (Restore), a leading provider of proactive wellness services, announced the appointment of Emma Nasif as Chief Compliance Officer.

Nasif brings over 12 years of legal and compliance experience in a number of complex industries including healthcare, technology, telecommunications and hospitality. With a “built-in” approach to compliance programs, Nasif plans to integrate Restore’s legal and compliance functions into the everyday operations of the brand and employee workflows.

Most recently, Nasif was the assistant general counsel for VMware, a cloud computing and virtualization technology company, responsible for leading the Americas labor and employment legal team. Prior to that, Nasif worked at ModivCare, a healthcare services company, reporting to her longtime mentor, Kathryn Stalmack, who was appointed as Restore’s General Counsel last September.
