Franklin Center Announces Kim Crosby Snow as Executive Director

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Franklin Center, a nonprofit organization serving individuals with autism and neurodiversities, announced the appointment of Kim Crosby Snow as its new Executive Director. Ms. Snow has a leadership background in strategy, marketing, communications, and philanthropy and is a current member of Franklin Center’s Board of Trustees.

Ms. Snow's career spans positions in strategy, marketing, process improvement, and communications, including roles at Cargill and Fallon Advertising. She has been serving as Interim Executive Director since June 2022. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Franklin Center Board of Trustees. Ms. Snow received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Skidmore College and her M.B.A from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. She is an active community advocate having served as a board member at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and MacPhail Center for Music, as well as a committee member at St. David's Center.
