NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Terry Novetsky has joined Kramer Levin’s Securitization and Structured Finance practice as a partner. Mr. Novetsky represents financial institutions, private equity funds and specialty lenders in asset securitization, secured lending and global trade finance transactions. He comes to Kramer Levin from King & Spalding, where he was a partner, and will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Novetsky has particular experience in loan asset securitizations, healthcare finance and trade securitizations. He has represented some of the most active lenders in healthcare finance transactions, as well as senior lenders and money center banks in restructurings, including bankruptcy debtor-in-possession and exit facility programs.

Prior to his tenure at King & Spalding, Mr. Novetsky spent 26 years at Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter), where he served as partner. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Yeshiva University, magna cum laude. Mr. Novetsky has been recognized as a leading capital markets securitization practitioner by Chambers USA and Chambers Global.
