Distinguished healthcare executives, Karen Piacentini and Alexander Packard, bring long-time experience in scaling tech-enabled healthcare organizations. Karen Piacentini is a results-driven healthcare executive and advisor with 30 years of health plan management experience. As a Senior Vice President at Optum, Karen ensured that Optum and UnitedHealthcare aligned goals and strategies, driving significant growth while optimizing operational efficiency. Prior to Optum, Karen led UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual product strategy and drove an innovation pipeline of over 45 new products annually. Karen held previous executive positions with Cigna, Prudential and Columbia University.

He joined One Medical as Chief Integration Officer to ensure a successful merger when One Medical acquired Iora Health in 2021. Over the last two decades, Alexander has coached and advised leaders at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
