The transaction closed on November 16, 2022.
Founded in 2003, Inteli-Care (IC), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a licensed and bonded Tier 1 authorized provider of personal care services. Inteli-Care’s caregivers and personal care attendants provide the highest quality of care with a wide range of non-medical services including light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, cognitive assistance, medication reminders, and assistance with bathing and toileting. Each service plan is custom designed to meet the specific client needs. With a superior industry reputation, strong customer relationships, recurring monthly accounts, and a solid management team, IC is well-positioned for continued growth.
Inteli-Care was wholly owned by Onesimo “Mo” Vigil, CEO, and Rachel Vigil, Executive Director. Post-closing, both Mo and Rachel will be partners of the acquirer and continue in their respective roles and positions.
