Reciprocity Introduces New Leadership to Accelerate Cyber Risk Strategy and Market Adoption

Company Appoints Technology Veterans in Marketing, Sales and Product Management

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--()--Reciprocity, a leader in information security risk and compliance, today announced a series of new executive appointments to strengthen its management team in support of the Company’s accelerated growth in the cybersecurity risk management market.

Chuck Conley has been named Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this role, he will lead marketing strategy and initiatives to expand product marketing, brand awareness, demand generation and customer programs for the Reciprocity ROAR™ platform. The Platform enables companies to identify, control and mitigate risk in business processes while providing clear, executive-level visibility into risk.

As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Tim Maloney will lead growth and market share initiatives by building and scaling Reciprocity’s sales execution and channel programs. His responsibilities include accelerating Reciprocity’s revenue through expansion of the company’s presence in the cyber risk market by providing every company with the ability to easily see, understand and take action on their IT and cyber risks.

Brian Wangerien joins as the Senior Vice President of Product Management. Brian will lead Reciprocity’s product strategy and roadmap for the ROAR platform by enabling product innovation based on customer and market needs – fueling the company’s pioneering approach to IT and cyber risk management that ties an organization’s risk directly to its business strategy.

About Chuck Conley

Chuck Conley brings more than 30 years of product, services, and solutions marketing experience across a wide range of pre-IPO and public B2B software and enterprise technology companies. Prior to joining Reciprocity, he was responsible for global marketing and sales enablement for Supply Chain and Procurement Solutions for Jabil, Inc. He has also worked for DXC, where he led the Cloud Storage and Cyber Security Marketing teams, and Dell / EMC, where he headed up Cloud & Big Data Services Product Marketing. Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

About Tim Maloney

Tim brings more than 25 years of senior sales and channel leadership to Reciprocity. Most recently, he was the Director of National Partner Programs at Zoom. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Americas Sales and Worldwide Channels for Lifesize, and the Senior Vice President of Sales and Channels at Act-On Software. He also worked for Autodesk, where he was responsible for the America's Manufacturing Reseller Channel, as well as the Worldwide Simulation Sales Organization. Tim holds both a bachelor’s degree in Economics and bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Military College of Vermont, Norwich University.

About Brian Wangerien

Brian brings more than 20 years of product management experience, for companies from pre-funded startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining Reciprocity, he was Vice President of Product Management for Seeq Corporation. He also worked for Lenovo, where he led the Platform Product Management team for the Cloud and Software Group. Brian studied Engineering and Operations Research at Princeton University.
