Dragos Named Among Fastest-Growing Companies in North America for the Second Consecutive Year by the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™

Strong revenue growth driven by adoption of Dragos’s market-leading technology platform during a time of increased global awareness of the need for OT cybersecurity

HANOVER, Md.--()--Dragos, Inc., the global leader in cybersecurity for industrial controls systems (ICS)/operational technology (OT) environments, today announced it was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ for the second year in a row, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America. Dragos’s revenue grew more than 500 percent between 2018 and 2021.

Dragos’s strong revenue growth comes at a time when organizations increasingly recognize the need for OT cybersecurity and OT-specific solutions to effectively combat attacks on the industrial infrastructure we rely on every day. Built by practitioners for practitioners, the Dragos Platform is codified with OT-specific threat intelligence by the industry’s largest, most experienced team of OT cybersecurity experts.

"It’s an honor to be recognized by Deloitte for being one of the fastest-growing companies in North America,” said Robert M. Lee, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Dragos, Inc. “As industrial organizations around the globe pursue digital transformation initiatives, threat groups increasingly target industrial environments. Asset owners and operators need visibility into their OT assets, vulnerabilities, threats, and response actions. Our community-focused approach provides access to the largest array of industrial organizations participating in collective defense, with the broadest visibility available to protect industrial assets.”

“This year’s Technology Fast 500 list is a true reflection of some of today’s most determined and inspiring pioneers who have prospered by anticipating what’s next, understanding what’s needed to succeed and driving creativity forward,” said Christie Simons, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP and industry leader for technology, media and telecommunications within Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice. “Representing all facets of technology, the winners have shown they not only have the vision but can also expertly manage their companies through rapid growth. We congratulate each winner on their impressive achievements.”

The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 recognition caps a year of strong momentum for Dragos that includes the launch of the industry’s first OT Cyber Emergency Readiness Team (OT-CERT) to address the OT resource gap that exists in industrial infrastructure, the expansion of Dragos’s presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates with a new office in Dubai, and the hiring of the company’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Christophe Culine. Lee was recognized with the 2022 SC Awards in Excellence for Security Executive of the Year by SC Media and presented at the annual World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland on the criticality of industrial cybersecurity. In late 2021, Dragos raised $200 million in Series D funding bringing the company’s valuation to $1.7 billion.
