NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Institutional Investor, the award-winning finance and investment news publisher, and industry-leading sponsor of investment conferences, seminars and training programs, has named Cynthia Steer and Rip Reeves Co-Chairs and senior advisers of its premium membership programs, Institutional Investor Institute (III) and Alternative Investor Institute (AII). The new roles are effective immediately and report to the recently appointed Executive Director of III and AII, David Braham.
Both industry veterans, Steer and Reeves bring deep and expansive knowledge of the asset management business to III and AII, as well as a broad range of well-established connections at insurance funds, corporate plans, endowments, and foundations. As the world enters the post-pandemic economy and companies embrace in-person conferences with more regularity, the appointments represent Institutional Investor’s commitment to step up its role as the industry leader in bringing differentiated insights and powerful connections to members.
“Cynthia and Rip are incredibly impressive executives with the depth and breadth of experience to transform these institutions, especially at a time when disruptions from economic and geopolitical events have presented us with a tremendous opportunity to reimagine our programs and better meet the needs of our clients,” said Braham. “With them in place, we’re doubling down on what sets us apart: the resources to assemble and showcase unmatched insights from experts around the globe in one room.”
“Institutional Investor is uniquely positioned to help investment professionals, clients, and investors see the signals amid the noise and foster productive relationships.
