Massachusetts Innovation Network Announces the 2022 Eddies Winners

LINCOLN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Massachusetts Innovation Network celebrated its 2022 Season wrap-up with a Celebratory Dinner & Award Ceremony. The 8-month-long season started with nearly 100 startups; 18 teams advanced to the final, live phase of the competition (which included final pitches and exhibit of the technologies). Through the program the teams received bespoke mentorship, leadership education, and hands-on support to thrust them forward towards their commercialization and scaling journey. The season culminated the exciting Evening of Innovation, honoring all finalists and announcing 6 Winners.

The ceremony featured a keynote address by Ms. Juliette Kayyem, CEO and Co-Founder of Grip Mobility, a technology company providing transparency in the rideshare industry. Ms. Kayyem has served as President Obama's assistant secretary for intergovernmental affairs in the Department of Homeland Security and is currently Senior Belfer Lecturer in International Security at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. A frequent CNN Analyst, NPR Boston commentator and acclaimed author, she is a leader in guiding companies, government and individuals towards mitigating and navigating crises and disasters.
