ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Calloquy, PBC, builders of the first platform intentionally designed to support how litigation is practiced now, announces the completion of its corporate headquarters in Atlantic Station at 271 17th St. NW. Having outgrown its original office in Defoor Hills, Calloquy has invested in over 12,000 square feet that has been designed to reflect the company’s brand, culture and mission. The Defoor Hills location has become the company’s tech hub, housing its development team. The new headquarters, which is in a LEED Gold Certified building and is full of energy-saving and sustainable features, has the capacity for 170 employees and features a number of unique elements.
To accommodate a growing team of on-demand court reporters, a section of custom designed PODs (Privacy on Demand) units occupies one side of the floor. These are a modern take on the classic cubicle - fully enclosed to provide sound isolation with integrated power and technology needed for court reporting services, as well as an ergonomic design and motion activated lights and individual climate controls for comfort. The PODs address both the market need for quality, accessible court reporting services, as well as improving the work/life experience of Calloquy’s court reporters.
In a tribute to Calloquy’s legal mission and dedication to increasing access to justice, the conference rooms and shared workspaces are all named after landmark Supreme Court cases that advanced civil rights. Loving, Gideon and Obergefell provide beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline. Heart of Atlanta Motel is an enclosed hoteling workspace for visitors and team members to use for added privacy. Katz is the office wellness room open to anyone who needs a place to relax, and where new mothers can go for comfort and privacy.
