Agile Occupational Medicine Expands Clinic Base With the Acquisition of Emeryville Occupational Medicine

Agile, California’s fastest-growing occupational medicine clinic group, has expanded its service area, bringing complete medical care to workers’ compensation patients in the Northern California area

COSTA MESA, Calif.--()--Agile announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Emeryville Occupational Medicine and its satellite clinics in Sacramento, Redding, and Santa Cruz.

“Agile expands its reach into Northern California with these four clinics as part of our commitment to bring a different approach in Occupational Medicine to employers,” said Greg Moore, Founder and CEO. “These clinics fill a need in underserved communities, especially in Redding and Santa Cruz, where employers need more access to quality care,” continued Moore.

“We started Agile with the goal of providing better care to injured workers and better results for workers’ compensation claims. We have deployed a clinic solution that empowers treating providers with better access to training, more efficient systems, and coaching from some of the top doctors in the field. We are looking forward to driving results in these communities through this acquisition,” concluded Minh Nguyen, DO, FACOEM and Chief Medical Officer at Agile.

Agile focuses on forming partnerships with local businesses to ensure that the medical needs of local employees are addressed. From DOT physicals and drug screenings to workplace injury treatment, Agile offers a wide range of occupational health programs that help employers maintain a healthy and safe workforce while providing cost-effective health care for companies and employees.

“Agile now has the resources and leadership to execute a strategy for expanding our approach to occupational medicine to the majority of employers throughout California,” continued Moore.
